Grilled Vegan Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

4 slices of sandwich bread
Margarine
2 slices of vegan cheese
1 pack of Heura York Style Slices

Preparation

    Spread margarine on one side of each slice of bread.

    Place one slice of vegan cheese and two Heura York Style Slices on one of the bread slices. Close the sandwich with the other slice of bread.

    In a non-stick pan, melt a tablespoon of margarine over medium-low heat.

    Place the sandwich in the pan and cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown as well.
