Ingredients
150 g of dry pasta
160 g of Heura Mediterranean Chunks
8 cherry tomatoes
1/4 onion
1/2 bell pepper
1 can of corn
1 large carrot
Oregano
Oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt
Fresh basil
Preparation
- 1Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- 2Drain, drizzle with a bit of extra virgin olive oil, and let it cool.
- 3Sauté the Heura Mediterranean Chunks with a tablespoon of oil for 5 minutes, then set aside and let them cool once done.
- 4Thinly slice the onion and bell pepper, cut the tomatoes in half, and grate the carrot.
- 5In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
